OnlyFans Chatter Salary 2026: what you really earn
Most agencies hide their pay behind “up to” numbers. Here is exactly how we pay, with worked examples and a calculator.
Plan A
$1/ hour
+ 9% commission on your sales
Best if you sell a lot
Plan B
$3/ hour
+ 3% commission on your sales
More security per hour
Plus daily and weekly bonuses for individual and team goals.
Rule of thumb: if you generate more than about $33 in sales per hour, Plan A pays more. Below that, Plan B pays more.
How the pay works
You earn an hourly base for every hour you are on shift, plus a commission on the sales you generate during those hours (paid messages, tips and content you sell).
You choose between two plans. Plan A has a lower base and a high commission. Plan B has a higher base and a lower commission.
Bonuses on top
There are daily and weekly bonuses. Some are individual (for example your own sales target), some are team goals that everyone on the shift team benefits from.
What decides how much you earn
- Your conversation skills: fans buy from people they like talking to
- The creator and her audience
- Your hours and which shifts you work
- How fast you get better. Our academy and feedback are built for exactly that.
