What you actually do
- Reply to fans in the creator’s voice and style, based on her guidelines
- Build relationships so fans come back and stay subscribed
- Offer and sell the creator’s existing paid content
- Tag fans and keep notes so the next chatter can pick up seamlessly
- Work in shifts with a team lead you can always ask
What you need
- 18 years or older
- Very good written English (casual, natural, not “call center”)
- Your own laptop or PC (no phone-only work)
- Stable internet connection
- At least 25 hours per week
- Reliability. Your shift is someone’s income.

You choose the plan that fits you. Commission is calculated on the sales you generate in your shifts.
Plan B
$3/ hour
+ 3% commission on your sales
More security per hour
Plus daily and weekly bonuses for individual and team goals.
Rule of thumb: if you generate more than about $33 in sales per hour, Plan A pays more. Below that, Plan B pays more.

Do I need experience?
No. Our online academy teaches you everything from zero. What you need is very good written English, empathy and reliability. Sales or customer service experience helps.
Is OnlyFans chatting legal?
Yes. Chatting on behalf of a creator is a legal remote job. You work as a freelancer with a written contract. You must be at least 18 years old.
Do I have to create content or show my face?
No, never. You only write messages. You do not create content, appear on camera or share anything about yourself.
